• Payment methods accepted consist of credit and debit cards, promotional vouchers, or account credits, depending on availability and geographic limitations.
• District 1795 reserves the right to provide discounts, promotional codes, or bundled packages at its discretion, which may be changed, paused, or removed at any time without prior notice.
• Refunds will not be provided once any digital content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded after the 7-day free trial period has expired, unless required by applicable law or in the event of a verified technical error solely caused by the platform. By accessing or using the content following the trial period, you acknowledge and agree to waive any right to a refund.
• The User is entirely responsible for verifying that their device, internet connection, and browser settings meet the platform’s technical requirements. District 1795 will not be responsible for problems that stem from limitations or configurations on the User side.
• District 1795 maintains the unequivocal authority to decline, annul, or reverse any transaction if there are indications of fraud, misuse of promotional offers, chargebacks, or violations of the platform’s terms of use.

6. Prohibited Uses and Content

Users shall not:
